Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not process refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If that is the case, the tumbler can be returned and it will be repaired or replaced.
~ Tumblers are double-walled and vacuum insulated - they are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
