Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued. Please make sure that all names are spelled properly and initials are in the correct order if requesting a monogram (format is firstLASTmiddle initials). If there is an error on my part, the tumbler can be sent back and it will be repaired or replaced.

Cancellations are only processed if received within 24 hours of ordering.

Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. Please verify the mailing address you provided, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address

Our tumblers are all handmade and as we know, handmade takes time. Please note the processing time that is shown at the top of the website. If you need your order sooner than the stated turnaround time, shoot us a message to see if your request can be accomodated. Rush processing fee may apply.

Lastly, we WILL NOT be held responsible if you develop a case of SGA (severe glitter addiction). Buy at your own risk! LOL
