~ Stainless steel tumblers are double-walled and vacuum insulated - they are not dishwasher or microwave safe. 

~Handwash ONLY. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.

~Do not soak tumbler in water

~Do not expose to extreme temps for extended periods of time (i.e. leave in hot car or put in freezer)

~Please handle with care. If tumbler is dropped or thrown, the epoxy can crack.

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not process refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. If that is the case, the tumbler can be returned and it will be repaired or replaced.
